My name is Adrianne Almaraz Pietz, a proud native of Bakersfield, CA. After completing my MBA at Regis University in Denver, Colorado, I returned to Bakersfield to raise my family and immerse myself in meaningful work.

As a nonprofit consultant, my mission is to help organizations achieve their goals and drive significant positive change within our communities. I am passionate about collaborating with dedicated individuals and building strong, synergistic relationships with stakeholders who share a vision for positive change.

I understand that the nonprofit landscape can often be overwhelming and cumbersome. My goal is to alleviate these challenges by providing Executive Directors with the support and guidance they need to execute their mission and vision. Through monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, I offer personalized accountability, compliance, and strategic support to ensure positive outcomes for your organization.
